Prosciutto and Red Onion Flatbread

Last night we were trying to determine what to have for dinner, and I rattled off a few things we had in the fridge to Mike. He then created a really awesome pizza out of leftovers from the fridge… you should really try this one!

Prosciutto and Red Onion Flatbread

Yield: 2 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pita bread
Mozzarella cheese
Prosciutto
Red onion - about a tablespoon, diced
Truffle oil - just a drizzle over the top

Directions:

Bake at 350 until all the cheese was good and melted, and the prosciutto is crispy.
