Training Week 3

Yet another week has gone by - last week, I ran my mileage and on cross training days I did yoga - and one night I did a work-out off of Pinterest, which was really a circuit. (It kicked my butt!)

My back was really sore after my first run last week, so I spent extra time stretching and using a heating pad, especially on my rest days!

Saturday’s runs will be completed with Erica - including yesterday’s. They are the endurance runs, so they are long (or will be getting longer) and slow.

What are you doing this week to move? Anyone else in Minneapolis, running the monster dash 10 miler?
