Coffee Date
We are going on vacation… for a week! Mike and I haven’t been on a vacation together in a while, I kinda miss him. I didn’t want to leave you guys hangin’ while we were gone, so I emailed three of my favorite ladies, and asked them to guest post. Just wait until you see the deliciousness that they came up with! Huge thank you to Taylor, Stephanie and Emily, you ladies are the best friends a girl could ask for! Before I leave, I wanted to get a couple of my favorite things in front of you…
This is my new favorite family photo of us, and the answer is yes, I was laying on the floor next to Abby and Mike was sitting in a normal chair. Ha! I am absolutely positive that she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to us. I predict that Mike will give me the big sad eyes approximately 2 hours into our flight that will tell me how much he misses her.
Deschutes Chain Breaker white IPA has been hitting the spot lately. I can’t seem to get enough of it. The weather getting a little bit warmer just makes this beer better. It also helps that Mike and I spent an entire afternoon at the brewery when we were in Portland together.
I do NOT play iPhone games, ok? I watch Mike get sucked into them and I think it’s so funny, but you guys… THEY GOT ME with this one! Monument Valley, play it people. 10 levels goes way too fast and I immediately started googling to figure out when new levels would be arriving. Sadly, it’s going to be a while, but they are coming.
Speaking of the weather, this is the outlook while we are away. All I have to say about this is… suck it Minnesota! My bikini, fedora and sun glasses are packed!
