Chocolate Bark

It's rare that I can get through an entire day without eating something sweet - so, I run, and lift weights, and attempt to keep the sweets small. This recipe helps keeping the portions small - assuming I have enough will power to only eat one piece!! It is so easy to make, and it's stored in the fridge.

Ingredients:
1/2 a bag of chocolate chips
1/4 cup of salted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of craisins

Melt your chocolate chips and pour them onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Spread the chocolate out thin, and attempt to make it so that the chocolate is the same thickness throughout. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and craisins over the chocolate. Pop it in the fridge until the chocolate is set (no longer glassy) cut it with a pizza cutter into small pieces. Store it in the fridge and enjoy at will!

Come up with your own combos - orange zest and dried cherries, or something with cashews, etc.

Enjoy!
